About the Author
Paul was a bestselling author and independent trainer with over 27 years' experience who supported schools in raising achievement by focusing on teaching and learning. Before becoming an independent trainer, in which capacity he worked in over 3000 secondary, primary and special schools in the UK and overseas, he worked as a head of department in inner city Birmingham, an advisory teacher and a staff development tutor.
